A RESOLUTION: ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, RELEASING THE
PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE AND APPROVING A MAINTEN~CE
GUARANTEE FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT LEESBURG GATEWAY
CONDOS
WHEREAS, Leo Chiang Development m Limited Partnership, the developer of Leesburg
Gateway Condos has completed the public improvements in accordance with approved plans and town
standards and these have b{~n inspected and approved; and
WHEREAS, the Dir~tor of Engineering and Public Works recommends accepting the public
improvements and approving a maintenance guarantee for Lcesburg Gateway Condos.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg m Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The cash bond in the amount of $36,700.00 is released, and a new security in a
form approved by thc town attorney for a maintenance guarantee in thc amount of $18,350.00 is
approved, and shall be in effect for a p~riod of one year from this date.
SECTION II. , This release is contingent upon delivery of a properly executed insmLmem
conveying unto the town all such improvements and easements fr~ of any liens or charges.
