RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE SONGBIRD REMEDIATION
PROJECT FOR DRAINAGE ISSUE BETWEEN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, NED AND
ANN ALLEN, AND RESIDENTS LEONARD ROGGEVEN AND MANUEL AND ELIVA
ESPINOZA.
WHEREAS, on December 9, 2008, the project engineer states that project construction was
completed in general accordance with the approved plans and specifications on file with the City of
Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends final payment be made to the Contractor.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the Songbird
Remediation Drainage Project is -complete and in acceptance to the City and all interested parties
have accepted project and that final payment be made to the Contractor.
MOTION by Councilperson John Wright seconded by Councilperson Chris Ball
To adopt and approve Resolution 2008-35.
