A RESOLUTION:
APPROVING A FEE WAIVER REQUEST
SCHOOL'S ANNUAL HOMECOMING PARADE
PRESENTED January_ 25, 2005
ADOPTED January 25, 2005
FOR HERITAGE HIGH
WHEREAS, Heritage High School has requested a fee waiver for town services necessary to
support Heritage High School's Annual Homecoming Parade; and
WHEREAS, the related town services to support this event include the Police Department and
the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, the town provides the same level of support to Loudoun County High School's
homecoming parade; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation recommends approval of this fee waiver
request.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
fee waiver request for Heritage High School's Annual Homecoming Parade be approved, and that
this event be recognized as an annual special event.
