REAPPOINTING MAYOR KRISTEN C. UMSTATTD TO THE
NORTHERN VIRGINIA REGIONAL COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Mayor Kristen C. Umstattd was appointed to represent the Town of
Leesburg on the Northern Virginia Regional Commission on July 1, 2004; and
WHEREAS, due to a recent Northern Virginia Regional Commission charter change,
all liaisons are required to be reappointed.
THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
reappoints Kristen C. Umstattd as the Town of Leesburg's liaison to the Northern Virginia
Regional Commission for a term to end on June 30, 2006.
PASSED this 25th day of January 2005.
