A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE
FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the City’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 budget on June 20,
2023 via Resolution No. 23-095; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2023-24 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it necessary to amend the FY 2023-24 General
Fund budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
FIND, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following budget amendment will be made to the City’s FY 2023-24 budget:

Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall keep a copy of
this resolution attached to the FY 2023-24 budget on file, and effective as of November 7, 2023,
the same shall be in force and effect.
