A RESOLUTION,' APPROVING DEPOSITORIES FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN,
JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA AND APPROVING DEPOSIT -LIMIT FOR EACH

DEPOSITORY
WHEREAS,,the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa is "required by the State of
Iowa to resolve approved depositories for the City of Tiffin, r
AND WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa is also required to {
approve depository limits for each named depository;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa,
that it herby names Solon State Bank of Tiffin; First :Trust & Svgs. Bank of Oxford, and
Hills Bank of Hills as approved and official depositories for the City of Tiffin,

AND BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that each depository is authorized and approved
a depository limit`of five million dollars.

Meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson D i l s
Introduced A RESOLUTION APPROVING DEPOSITORIES FOR THE CITY OF
TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA AND APPROVING DEPOSIT LIMIT FOR
EACH DEPOSITORY, and made a motion for_approval. The motion was seconded by
Councilperson Wright

Ayes: Wright, Bartels, Dils, Petersen,and Dils
Nays: None
Motion carried.
WHEREUPON, Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared that the RESOLUTION
APPROVING DEPOSITORIES FOR THE CITY OF 'TIFFIN, JOHNSON
COUNTY, IOWA AND APPROVING DEPOSITY LIMIT FOR EACH
DEPOSITORY, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
PASSED, by the council on the 10th day of January ,200 7, and
approved by the Mayor on the. 10th day of January ;200 7 +
