The meeting is called to order at 7:03 pm on Tuesday 2 December 2008 by Larry Greeley.
Members present at this time are:

Larry Bugden
Janet Husband
Walter Powers
There is no person in the audience area.
Norman Adams distributes copies of the draft minutes of the meeting of Wednesday 12 November 2008, as well as
copies of the approved and subsequently filed minutes of the meeting of Tuesday 7 October 2008.
A motion is made by Lang Bugden and seconded by Janet Husband to approve the minutes of the meeting of
Wednesday 12 November 2008 as presented. The vote to accept is unanimous.
Larry Greeley reports that so far 12 comments have been received in response to the message from this committee
about negotiations with Comcast. This message is now appearing on the bulletin board of the Brewster government
channel. Most of the responses express concern about the relocation of channels being moved by Comcast.
Larry Greeley reports briefly on a meeting in Wellfleet at 8:30 am on Saturday 22 November 2008 which was part
of the Wellfleet ascertainment interaction with Wellfleet residents. There were about 25 persons attending that
meeting in the audience area.
Following the above reports there is extensive discussion among the several members of this committee concerning
the ongoing negotiations of the Lower Cape five town group with Comcast. These negotiations are proceeding less
rapidly than seems desirable.
There is no explicit discussion of the time, date, and place of the next meeting, which therefore will be at
the usual time, date, and place, to wit, at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of next month in the Brewster
Town Offices Building.
The meeting seems to be out of other business to be taken up tonight. A motion to adjourn is made by
Larry Bugden and seconded by Norman Adams. The motion is passed unanimously. The meeting is
adjourned at 8:17 pm.
