TO APPROVE CONFIDENTIAL RESIGNATION, ENHANCED
SEVERANCE, AND GENERAL RELEASE AGREEMENT
RESOLVED, by the Leesburg Town Council that the "Confidential Resignation,
Enhanced Severance, and General Release Agreement", dated February 7, 2005, between the
Town of Leesburg and the Leesburg Town Attorney, William E. Donnelly, III, is hereby
approved.
