F2-6 0-7 - 2 A RESOLUTION APPROVING DEPOSITORIES FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA AND.APPROVING DEPOSIT LIMIT FOR EACH DEPOSITORY WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa is required by the State of " Iowa to resolve approved depositories for the City of Tiffin, AND WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa is also required to approve 'depository limits for each named depository; A NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that it herby names Solon State Bank of Tiffin, First Trust & Svgs. Bank of Oxford, and Hills Bank of Hills as approved and official depositories'for the City of Tiffin, AND BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that each depository is authorized and approved a depositoy limit of five million dollars. t ON'THE 1 Oth DAY OF January. , 200 jat a regular Meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Dils Introduced A RESOLUTION APPROVING DEPOSITORIES FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA AND APPROVING DEPOSIT LIMIT FOR EACH DEPOSITORY, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Wright r Ayes: Wright, Bartels, Dils, Petersen;and Dils Nays: None Motion carried. a = WHEREUPON, Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING DEPOSITORIES 1OR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA AND APPROVING DEPOSITY LIMIT FOR EACH DEPOSITORY, be adopted and _signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. Potter, Mayor r A EST: -Mar4aiei B: Reihm n,_C' Clerk CITY OF TIFFIN IOWA RESOLUTION NO 2007- 05 A RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY DESIGN STANDARDS SECTION 5.04,5'05 and Table 5.1 REGARDING CUL-DE-SAC RIGHT-OF-WAY, PAVEMENT WIDTH, AND LOCAL STREET PAVEMENT WIDTH WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa desires to amend the City of Tiffin Design Standards, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that it hereby amends the City of Tiffin Design Standards by changing item 5.04, 5.05 and Table 5.1 of Section 5 to read as follows: 5.04 RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH A. The minimum right-of-way width shall be provided as follows: 4. Cul-de-sac right-of-ways shall be a minimum of 67.5 feet in radius (135 -foot diameter) for local streets and a minimum of 75. feet in radius (150 -foot diameter) for industrial uses. 5.05 G. Cul-de sacs shall be paved with a 50 -foot wide radius paving. The outer edge of which shall be 17.5 -feet inside the circumference of the right-of- way. The outer radius from the steam of the cul-de-sac to the head shall be a minimum of 50 -feet. Cul-de-sacs shall have a maximum length of 400 -feet from the center of the bulb to the center of the 'adjoining street. Potter declared that the RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY, DESIGN STANDARDS SECTION 5.04, 5.05 and Table 5.1 REGARDING CUL- DE-SAC RIGHT-OF-WAY, PAVEMENT WIDTH AND LOCAL STREET a PAVEMENT WIDTH , be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
