AUTHORIZING USE OF THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS BY THE
PAXTON BOARD OF VISITORS
WHEREAS, the Paxton Board of Visitors has requested use of the Council Chambers on
Wednesday, March 30, 2005 beginning at 7:00 p.m. for a citizen's input session before the
Paxton Board of Visitors.
WHEREAS, the building space is available on that date and similar events have been
held in the Council Chambers in the past.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I.
2005 at 7:00 p.m. is hereby granted.
