THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORD INANCE NO. J J"
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING FOR
SALARIES OF CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF
THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS; PROVIDING
FOR THE METHOD OF PAYMENT THEREOF; AND
REPEALING ORDINANCES NUMBER 43, 107, 129, 153,
161, 180, SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 49 AND
ALL OTHER CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1.
Salaries Established
There is hereby established and provided the following
salaries for the following designated officers and employees of the
City of Bel Aire, Kansas, to-wit:
Municipal Judge.
. $150.00 per session of court
City Prosecutor.
. . $150.00 per session of court
Clerk of the Municipal Court. . .$37.50 per session of court
Chief of Police
. .$1000.00 per month
Section 2.
Method of Payment
The foregoing salaries may be paid in monthly, quarterly or
annual payments in proper proportionate amounts as may be deemed
advisable by the City of Bel Aire, Kansas.
Section 3.
Repeal
Ordinances Number 43, 107, 129, 153, 161, 180 and Section 4 of
Ordinance Number 49 are hereby repealed. All other ordinances or
parts of other ordinances in conflict herewi th are repealed.
However, any section of an existing ordinance not in conflict
herewith is not repealed and remains in full force and effect.
Section 4.
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the off~cial city newspaper.
