A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVE- MENTS TO SCOTT PARK ORDERING THE WORK, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DESIGNATING A TIME AND PLACE FOR THE OPENING OF BIDS (CASH CONTRACT NO. 292)
WHEREAS, Williamson, Morris 4nd Associates , has prepared plans and specifications for the Improvements To Scott Park; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests Of the Agency that such plans and specifications be approved and the work shown therein be done by the Agency:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
section 1. Approval of Plans and Specifications. The plans and specifications filed with the Agency Secretary and bear- ing the designation "Tennis And Hard Courts, And Parking Additions For General Scott Park" - Cash Contract No. 292, are hereby approved.
section 2. Ordering the Work. It is ordered that the work and improvements proposed to be done, hereinafter designated as Tennis And Hard Courts, And Parking Additions For General Scott Park, Shall be performed as shown in Said specifications.
section 3, specifying Fund. It is ordered that the cost to the Agency of said work and improvements shall be paid as follows:

section 4. Adoption of Wage Scale. The California Depart- ment of Industrial Relations has determined the general prevailing
performed for each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute such public work, and also the prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work for each craft of workman or mechanic. A copy of said determination 1s on file in the City Clerk's office and open to public inspection.

section 6. Receipt and Opening of Bids. The Agency hereby by fixes Thursday, , January 25, 1979, at the hour of two o'clock (2:00 P.M.) as the day and hour, and the Agency Secretary's office of City Hall, Carson, as the place of opening bids; and said time and Place Shall be shown in the Notice. All bids shall be delivered to, opened, examined and declared by the Agency Secretary at the City Hall, 701 E. Carson street, Carson, California, and shall be publicly opened.

The Executive Director shall report the results of such bidding to the Carson Redevelopment Agency at its next regular meeting after the opening of bids.
No proposal or bid shall be considered by the Executive Director or by the Carson Redevelopment Agency unless accompanied by a check or bid bond as required by law and satisfactory to the Carson Redevelopment Agency.
