A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-77, A RESOLUTION
ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $248,438.81 DEMAND NUMBER 1346.
THE CARSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The Carson Redevelopment Agency did adopt Resolution No. 78-77 allowing claims and demands number 1346: and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 1346 was voided after the resolution was adopted in the amount of $248,438.81 with re- placement check issued No. 1353:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 1346 in the amount of $248,438.81 is declared void and that the register total of $248,438.81 is corrected to a new total of -0-.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17TH DAY OF JULY, 1978
