A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON REDE VELOPMENT AGENCY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-57, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $687,253.21, DEMAND NUMBERS 1257 THROUGH 1294.
INE CARSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE , DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Carson Redevelopment Agency did adopt Resolution No. 78-57 allowing claims and demands 1257 through 1294; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 1272 was voided after the resolution was adopted in the amount of $84,000.00 with no replacement check issued:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
SECTION 1: that Warrant No. 1272 in the amount of $84,000.00 is declared void and that the re ister total of $687,253.21 is corrected to a new total of 603,253.21.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17TH DAY OF JULY, 1978
