A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREE-
MENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND WILSON AND
ASSOCIATES, AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO
EXECUTE SAME
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the agreement for the preparation of plans,
specifications and estimate for the completion of Project No. 177 - Avalon
Boulevard Widening south of Sepulveda between the Agency and Wilson and
Associates is approved as presented; and the Chairman is hereby authorized
to sign and the Secretary is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1978.
