A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY CF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE AGENCY AND WEACCO, INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE
AGENCY CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE SAME
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
section 1. That the agreement for the preparation of legal descriptions
of the parcel remainder north of 223rd Street and east and west of Edgar
between the Agency and WEACCO, Inc., is hereby approved as presented;
and the Agency Chairman is hereby authorized to sign and the Agency
secretary is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1978.
