A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-25, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $373,184.77, DEMAND NUMBERS 711 THROUGH 726
THE CARSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Carson Redevelopment Agency did adopt Resolution No. 77-25 allowing claims and demands 711 through 726; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 725 was voided after the resolu- tion was adopted in the amount of $159,099.84 with no replace- ment check issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 725 in the amount of $159,099.84 is declared void and that the register total of $373,184.77 is corrected to a new total of $214,084.93.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED THIS 6TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1978
