AGENCY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-6, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $73,081.71, DEMAND NUMBERS
783 THROUGH 796
THE CARSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Carson Redevelopment Agency did adopt Resolution No. 78-6 allowing claims and demands 783 through 796; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 792 was voided after the resolution was adopted in the amount of $300.00 with no replacement check 1ssued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 792 in the amount of $300.00 is declared void and that the register total of $73,081.71 is corrected to a new total of $72,781.71.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF MARCH, 1978
