ADOPTED April 26, 2005
FOR WOODLEA
AUTHORIZING A WATER SERVICE CONNECTION
MANOR CONSERVANCY IRRIGATION SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Woodlea Manor development is located within the corporate boundary of the
town, thereby supporting the general tax base of the town; and
WHEREAS, water and sewer services for the entire Woodlea Manor development are provided
by the Town of Leesburg; and
WHEREAS, recent failure of the Woodlea Manor Conservancy's irrigation well for the "southern
entrance" landscaped area has prompted their request for a water service connection from the town for the
entrance feature lying outside the corporate boundary; and
WHEREAS, the landscaped area is an accessory use to the Woodlea Manor development, the
principal use, located within the Town's corporate limits;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Town Council hereby authorizes connection of the Woodlea Manor Conservancy's "southern
