RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
FORM OF CONTRACT FOR THE ROBERTS FERRY ROAD
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT PHASE 1
WHEREAS, on this 9th day of May, 2007, Plans, Specifications and Form of
Contract were filed with the City of Tiffin for the construction of the Roberts Ferry Road
Reconstruction Project Phase I within the City of Tiffin.
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on these plans, specifications, and form of contract
was published as required by law, now.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of'Tiffin, that the said plans,
specifications and form of contract are hereby approved for said project.

RESOLUTION 2007-22
APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE ROBERTS FERRY ROAD
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT PHASE 1, FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, UPON
REVIEW OF THE BIDS AND RECOMMENDATION BY THE PROJECT ENGINEER
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tiffin has received bids for the Roberts Ferry Road
Reconstruction Project Phase 1; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has identified an apparent bidder as having the lowest, most
responsible bid; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desires to expedite the contractual process; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin to authorize the
Mayor and City Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents, and forms of contract, as
required, and necessary to execute a contract with the lowest bidder, as identified, and
recommended by the Project Engineer.
