Meeting Minutes
March 12, 2008
Chairman Elliott Carr called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM.
Members present were; Jeanne Boehm, Paul Ruchinskas, Roy Robinson, Paul Hush, Michael
Lach, William Reyburn, and Elizabeth Taylor
Member missing was; William Reyburn and Roland Bassett Jr.
Minutes of January 23, 2008 were presented with changes
Motion to accept Minutes of January 23, 2008 was made by Paul Hush
Second by Roy Robinson
VOTE 6-0-0.
Minutes of February 27, 2008 were accepted as corrected.

VOTE 5-0-1
2. Meeting House Project
Discussion:
^ With CPC approval it will help project to raise money elsewhere.
^ Non-binding support-proves willingness to support of project
^ Should a full application be presented, it sends a message to other fund sources?
^ Should we put a length of time to the application and for completion of project?
^ Next step is up to them after their feasibility study is completed
^ Historic Commission voted at their last meeting this was'~most significant building in
town"
3. Housing Authority discussion
As per changes made in Minutes of January 23, 2008.
4. Finance Committee preparation
6:15 tonight
General approval with Selectman
Total agreement from Town Accountant with finances.
5. Town Meeting Articles/Other Business
CPC Minutes 03-12-08
Cape Rep-follow-up on conditions of contract; proof of commitment, award letter,
extension for good cause etc.
Town Meeting Article summaries reviewed and changed
Motion to adjourn made by Roy Robinson
