Meeting Minutes
March 26, 2008
Chairman Elliott Carr called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM.
Members present were; Roland Bassett Jr., Jeanne Boehm, Paul Ruchinskas, Roy Robinson, Paul
Hush, Michael Lach, William Reyburn, and Elizabeth Taylor
Member missing was; William Reyburn
1. Minutes of March 12, 2008 were presented with changes
Motion to accept Minutes of January 23, 2008 was made by Roy Robinson
Second by Roland Bassett Jr.
VOTE 7-0-0.
2. CPC Funding Discussion
Base figure 66% from state
Towns at 30% go into 2nd and 3~d rounds
October payment for fiscal year
3. Policies and Procedures
Do we need when and how funds to be released?
Deal individual
Contract necessary.
Further discussion on contract section by section.
Draft to be drawn up and discussed at next meeting
4. Cape Rep
To adapt the agreement for our use and to fit this project
At what number will this go ahead? Janine stated she would proceed at $500,000.
Prior to CPC payment; adequate amount from other sources and satisfactory assurances
to complete the project.
Peter Johnson-language covers it adequately and letter to confirm; flexible and allows
partial project
5. Latham
$50,000. voted for planning
Need to know how much is needed to complete the planning stage.
Verification from her budget
Planning stage; how much? Architectural and engineering drawings
