Meeting Minutes
April 23, 2008
Chairman Elliott Carr called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM.
Members present were; Roland Bassett Jr., Roy Robinson, Paul Hush, and Elizabeth Taylor
Member missing was; Jeanne Boehm, Paul Ruchinskas, Michael Lach, and William Reyburn
1. Minutes of March 26, 2008 were presented with changes
Motion to accept Minutes of March 26, 2008 was made by Roland Bassett Jr.
Second by Paul Hush
VOTE 5-0-0.
2. Guidelines
Further discussion needed
Guidelines to be "cleaned up" by Elliott and brought to next meeting
3. Town Meeting Discussion
Annual TM Article 6
4. CPC Agreement "boiler plate"
Revised the CPC draft agreement for Cape Rep with the idea that it would be a model for
future grants. This agreement will be given to Cape Rep for approval, then CPC for
approval and finally Town Administration for appropriate legal opinion.
5. Next Meeting- Wednesday, May 14th
