A RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY DESIGN STANDARDS
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa desires to amend the City of Tiffin
Design Standards,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that it hereby
amends the City of Tiffin Design Standards by replacing the existing City of Tiffin Design
Standards as previously adopted by Resolution -2004 - 43 :
ON THE 9`b day of May, 2007 at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson DeMuth introduced, A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY
OF TIFFIN DESIGN STANDARDS, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded
by Councilperson Ra rt a 1 c
Ayes: DeMuth, Bartels, Petersen, and Dils
Nays: None Absent: Wright
Motion carried
WHEREUPON, Mayor: Glenn R. Potter declared that the RESOLUTION AMENDING THE
CITY OF TIFFIN DESIGN STANDARDS, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, by the -council on the 9'h day of May, 2007 and approved by the Mayor on the 9`s day of
May, 2007.
