hereby certify that on the 10th day of August, 1989, said Department of
Planning and Code Enforcement did certify_:to said City Clerk that the above
costs were accrued by the City of Jefferson for the maintenance of the
property located at 1117 E. Dunklin St. and that said costs we4g for the
purpose of bringing the condition of the property into compliance with the
Code of the City of 'Jefferson.
I further certify that this tax is a lien against the lot or piece of
ground therein described, and bears interest at a rate not exceeding the rate
on ten-year United States treasury notesestablished , at the auction
immediately preceding the date of certification of this bill from 60 days
after the issue thereof, until paid. .
