AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS -
FOR SAMPLING AND LABORATORY TESTING OF INDUSTRIAL
DISCHARGE
WHEREAS, there is a need for sampling and laboratory testing of industrial
discharge in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of thee Borough to advertise for bids for said
sampling and laboratory testing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteeret do hereby authorize the Purchasing Agent of the Borough of
Carteret to advertise for bids for sampling and laboratory testing of industrial
discharge in the Borough of Carteret.
Adopted this 7th day of December, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 8, 1995.
