AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 -35 OF THE GREENCASTLE
CITY CODE REGARDING. ENFORCEMENT OF BUILDING AND
CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the Greencastle City Code was recodified in 1997; and
WHEREAS, Section 7 -35 makes reference to Code cites prior to 1997 which were not
updated in the recodification.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle that
it hereby amends Section 7 -35 of the Greencastle City Code to delete all references to "845 -100" and
"845 -110" (from the previous code) and replace them with "7 -36."
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common
Council and its approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Conunon Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana this
