A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING ALL STREETS, SANITARY
SEWER and STORM SEWER, EXCEPT FOR SIDEWALKS, IN DEER VIEW
ESTATES PART ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, on behalf of the City of Tiffin, Hart -Frederick Consultants, P.C., has
inspected and approved all streets, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer, except for
sidewalks, within Deer View Estates, Part One, a subdivision of, Tiffin, Johnson
County, Iowa, and recommends approval of said infrastructures to the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to signify its approval of said improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that
the infrastructures including, streets, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer, , specifically
excepting sidewalk improvements, in Deer View Estates, Part One, a subdivision of
Tiffin, Iowa, are hereby approved and accepted.
ON THE 11th day of July, 2007, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City
Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Demuth introduced A
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING ALL STREETS, SANITARY
SEWER and STORM SEWER, , EXCEPT FOR SIDEWALKS, IN DEER VIEW
ESTATES, PART ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY,
IOWA, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by
Councilperson Petersen
Ayes: Petersen, Wright, Bartels, and Demuth
Nays: Dils
Motion carried.
WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 11th day of July 2007, and approved by
the Mayor on the 11th day of July 2007.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING ALL STREETS, SANITARY
SEWER AND STORM SEWER, EXCEPT FOR SIDEWALKS, IN WOODFIELD
RIDGE PART ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, on behalf of "the City of Tiffin, City Engineer, Michael_ Hart, has inspected and
approved all streets, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer, except for sidewalks, within Woodfield Ridge
Part One, a subdivision, of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, and recommends approval of said
infrastructures to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to signify its approval of said improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
infrastructures including, streets, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer, , specifically excepting sidewalk
improvements, in Woodfield Ridge Part One, a subdivision of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, are
hereby approved and accepted.
ON THE 8th day of August 2007, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Petersen introduced a RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING ALL
STREETS, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER, EXCEPT FOR SIDEWALKS,
IN WOODFIELD RIDGE PART ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON
COUNTY, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson
Wright.
Ayes: Petersen, Wright, Dils, DeMuth
Nays: None.
Absent: Bartels.
Motion carried.
WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING AND
ACCEPTING ALL STREETS, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER, EXCEPT
FOR SIDEWALKS, IN WOODFIELD RIDGE PART ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF
TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 8th day of August 2008, and approved by the Mayor on the
8' day of August 2007.
