ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened: Present: Branch, Graham, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber, and Ward Arrived late: Wiseman (arrived at 5:51 P.M.) Absent: Hussey A quorum was present. DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS Mayor Tergin arrived at 5:48 during discussion of Bill 2016-118 by staff. City Counselor Moehlman informed the Council that Ms. Kristi Campbell of the Cole County Health Department would be present tonight to answer any technical questions regarding bill 2016-114 (Prescription Drug Monitoring Program). Councilwoman Wiseman arrived at 5:51 P.M. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 5:57 P.M.
