AMENDING SHORT TERM DISABILITY PAYMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough of Carteret that effective
January 1, 1996, the short term disability payments shall be at a rate, not to exceed,
Three Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars ($339.00), per week, and the Chief Financial
Officer is hereby authorized and directed to undertake such action as is required to
implement this provision.
Adopted this 7th day of December, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 8, 1995.
