REJECTING BIDS FOR TWO 1996 PICK-UP TRUCKS FORD F-350
WITH SNOWPLOW OR EQUIVALENT
WHEREAS, on October 5, 1995 bids were received for two 1996 Pick-up Trucks
Ford F-350 with Snowplows or the equivalent; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body has reviewed said bids and find them not to be
satisfactory and/or within budgetary consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby reject said bids and authorize the Purchasing Agent to re-
advertise for bids on one 1996 Pick-Up Truck Ford F-350 with Snowplow or its
equivalent.
Adopted this 7th day of December, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 8, 1995.
