RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT WITH MID-STATE FEDERAL
CREDIT UNION RE: PARKING LOT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough o£ Carteret that it
does hereby authorize the renewal of an existing tenancy pursuant to which the
Borough of Carteret occupies a portion of the Mid-State Federal Credit Union
parking lot on Roosevelt Avenue as a public parking lot;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said renewal is for a period beginning
January 1, 1996 and ending December 31, 1996, and upon those terms and conditions
specified in Resolution No. 93-135 adopted April 1, 1993 and shall include the
following:
1. Rental: Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per month.
2. Insurance: The Borough shall post the requisite liability
insurance.
3. Maintenance: The Borough shall maintain the parking lot
and surface thereo£
4. Signage: The Borough shall post signs in an area to be
designated by Mid-State Federal Credit Union
for the use of passenger vehicles only.
5. Cancellation: Said agreement to be cancelable upon thirty
(30) days notice to Landlord..
Adopted this 7th day of December, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 8, 1995.
