HomeMy Public PortalAbout030-1978 - Transfer - Park and Recreation FundAPPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 30-1978 AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE PARK AND RECREATION FUND. WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED PARK AND RECREATION FUND 01-06-00-7-0-007260 - Other Equipment $500.00 $500.00 Total $500.00 $500.00 SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED REDUCED PARK AND RECREATION FUND 01-06-00-4-0-004100 - Building Material $500.00 $500.00 Total $500.00 $500.00 SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations. The original mowers were stolen from the greenhouse at Glen Miller Park.
