A RESOLUTION:
APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $2,025 DONATED
BY LEO CONSTRUCTION TO PARKS AND RECREATION COMMUNITY
OUTREACH PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Community Outreach Program of the Department of Parks and Recreation has
received a check in the amount of $2,025 from Leo Construction Company; and
WHEREAS, the donor designated the funds be used to purchase sweatshirts for participants of the
R.O.C.K. program; and
WHEREAS, the Outreach Program staff recommends the acceptance of the donation and purchase
of the sweatshirts.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the FY 2006
budget of the Community Outreach Program of the Parks and Recreation Department is hereby amended
and an appropriation is made in the amount of $2,025 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending
June 30, 2006.
