WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WARE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FUND REQUESTED APPROPRIATED 02-03-00-2-0-002621 Runway Maintenance $3,000.00 $3,000.00 02-03-00-7-0-007110 Buildings & Fixed Equipment 6,803.18 6,803.18 02-03-00-4-0-004300 Repair Parts 250.00 250.00 Total $10,053.18 $10,053.18 SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts.
