A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF
INSURANCE FUND REIMBURSEMENTS FROM DAMAGED
VEHICLES TO PAY FOR REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR OF
VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the Town of Lees burg has received insurance fund reimbursements for
damage to Town vehicles which are part ofthe General Fund and Utilities Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Town needs to appropriate funds in order to pay for the replacement and
repair of vehicles damaged or totaled.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Lees burg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2006 Budget is hereby amended and an appropriation is made in the
amount of $53,015 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006.
SECTION II. The General Fund Fleet Maintenance budget is amended in the amount of
$38,015.
SECTION III. The Utilities Fund Budget is amended in the amount of$15,000.
