Plan Commission Case A-18
Dear Mr. Austerman, Members of Common Council and Mrs. Trimble:
The Richmond City Plan Commission held a public hearing on June 27,
1978, in regard to the voluntary annexation petition of Alice Long-
streth White, Joseph E. Longstreth, Arlace D. and Louise Moore and

The annexation of this territory will permit the City to extend
Industries Road east to Chester Boulevard. The extension of Indus-
tries Road and the annexation of this particular area are both in
compliance with the Master Plan.
The Plan Commission voted unanimously seven (7) to zero (0) to
recommend passage of this annexation ordinance.
