A RESOLUTION:
APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $75,000 FOR
REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR
CONDITIONING (HV AC) EQUIPMENT AND THE REPAIR OF LOCKER
ROOM TILE AT THE IDA LEE PARK RECREATION CENTER
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg maintains the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center to the high standards
expected by the community; and
WHEREAS, the Town needs to appropriate funds in order to pay for the replacement offaulty HV AC
equipment and the repair oftile work in the ladies' fitness locker room; and
WHEREAS, the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center projects revenues of $75,000 more than identified in
the FY06 budget.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2006 budget is hereby amended, and an appropriation is made from the General
Fund's Undesignated Fund Balance in the amount of $75,000 for the fiscal year beginning July 1,2005 and
ending June 30, 2006.
SECTION II. The Ida Lee Park Recreation Center Repair & Maintenance budget is amended
in the additional amount of$75,000.
SECTION III. Revenue projection for the Parks and Recreation Department is increased by $75,000.
