AUTHORIZING SALE OF
BLOCK 208,
LOTS 6.01 AND 6.02
WHEREAS, Block 208, Lots 6.01 and 6.02 are owned by the
Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, said Lots have been ~determined to have no sub-
stantial use to the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAD, pursuant toN.J.'S.A. 40A:12-13, said property
may be sold at a public auction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the
Mayor ~nd Council of the Borough of 'Carteret her. eby
authorize a Public Sale of Block 208, Lots 6.01 and 6.02
to be advertised in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13
and sold at a sum mot less than $6,700.00 on or before
January 17, 1996.
Adopted the 7th day of December, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on Decembec 8, 1995.
