A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $1,500
RESULTING FROM A DONATION TO THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH
PROGRAM FROM KOGER MANAGEMENT AND THE HERITAGE
SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that provides
recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the N.E. quadrant of
the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation of$I,500 from Koger Management and the
Heritage Square Homeowners Association in support of the Community Outreach Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council ofthe Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION 1. The FY 2006 General Fund Parks and Recreation Budget is hereby amended and an
appropriation is made in the amount of $1 ,500 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June
30, 2006.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program recreation budget is amended in the amount of
$1,500.
