RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA TO APPLY FOR
A LOW INTEREST LOAN FROM THE IDNR CLEAN WATER STATE "
REVOLVING FUND PROGRAM FOR WASTEWATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS.

WHEREAS, the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, desires to apply for and enter into a

Loan Agreement if granted, with the State Revolving Fund Program for an Elevated
Water Storage Facility (Water Tower);
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIFFIN,
IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That on or before April 15, 2006, the City of Tiffin, Iowa,`shall apply to"the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program for

Facility.
2.- That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are

hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
