A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING ALL IMPROVEMENTS, EXCEPT
FOR ,, SIDEWALKS, IN TIMBER RIDGE VIEW, PHASE ONE, TIFFIN, JOHNSON
COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on behalf of the City of Tiffin, Michael W. Hart, P.E., of Hart -Frederick
Consultants, P.C:, has inspected and approved all improvements, except for sidewalks,
within Timber Ridge View, Phase One, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, and reports that
the improvements meet all applicable ,City Design Standards, and recommends
approval of said improvements to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to signify its approval of said improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
improvements, except for sidewalks, in Timber Ridge View, Phase One, Tiffin, Johnson
County, Iowa, are hereby approved and accepted.
ON THE 14th day of June, 2006, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Wright introduced A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND
ACCEPTING ALL IMPROVEMENTS, EXCEPT FOR SIDEWALKS, IN TIMBER RIDGE
VIEW, PHASE ONE, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, and made a motion for
approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Petersen.

Ayes.: Bartels, Wright, DeMuth, Petersen and Dils.
Nays: None. c
Motion carried.
WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING AND
ACCEPTING ALL IMPROVEMENTS, EXCEPT FOR SIDEWALKS, IN TIMBER RIDGE
` VIEW, PHASE ONE, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, 'by the Council on the 14th day of June 2006, and approved by the Mayor on
the 14th day of June 2006.
