AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
FOR COMMINUTOR AT DOROTHY STREET PUMP STATION
WHEREAS, a need exists for a comminutor at Dorothy Street Pump Station;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent shall
advertise for bids in accordance with specifications prepared by Borough Engineer
for the purchase of a comminutor.
Adopted this 7th day of December, 1995
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on December 8, 1995.
