Mr. Vetter stated the offer is not sufficient to cover the total amount of the bill, once all the other delinquent taxes and fees have been paid. Mr. Vetter has offered the City $135.00 for the actual cutting of the weeds and requested we waive the administration portion of this lien. I do not see any reason not to comply with his request.
