Case No. P17007 – 748 West Stadium Boulevard, Rezoning from C-1 to C-2. Request filed by Stadium
Office LLC, property owner, for a rezoning of 0.73 acres from C-1 Neighborhood Commercial to C-2
General Commercial. The purpose of the request is to permit signage installation taller than the maximum
10 feet signage height of the C-1 district. The property is located on the west side of Stadium Boulevard
300 feet north of Hyde Park Road and is described as Part of Lot 65 of Jordan Towne Subdivision,
Jefferson City, Missouri.
Case No. P17008 – 2725 Merchants Drive, Amendment to Final PUD Plan. Request filed by SACA
LLC, property owner, for an amendment to the Final PUD Plan to add child daycare to the list of permitted
uses for the property. The purpose of the request is to operate an after school care within the existing
building for children with developmental disabilities age 12 and older. The property is located on the south
side of Merchants Drive 650 feet east of Highway 179 and is described as lots 26 and 27 of Baxs
Commercial Property Section 2, Jefferson City, Missouri.
Case No. P17010 – 1590 Jefferson Street, Special Exception Permit. Request filed by PGE Hospitality
Inc, property owner, for a Special Exception Permit to construct a 101,442 sf hotel in a C-2 General
Commercial Zoning District. The property is located on the west side of Jefferson Street 850 feet south of
Zumwalt Road and is described as part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 44 North, Range
12 West, Jefferson City, Missouri (Engineering Surveys and Services and Simon Associates, Consultants).

Case No. P17009 – Adoption of Capital Area Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan, Comprehensive Plan
Amendment. Request filed by City Staff for the adoption of the Capital Area Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan
as a component of the Jefferson City Comprehensive Plan. The Capital Area Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan
outlines goals and recommendations to make the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Area, of which
Jefferson City is a part, a great place to walk and bike and includes an implementation strategy specific to
the City of Jefferson. Copies of the plan are available on the City of Jefferson/Planning and Zoning
Commission webpage and are on file at the Department of Planning and Protective Services and available
for viewing during regular business hours.
