ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened: Present: Branch, Henry, Hussey, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber, and Ward Arrived late: *Wiseman (arrived at 5:48 P.M.) Absent: Graham A quorum was present. DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS *Councilwoman Wise arrived at 5:48 during discussion of Bill 2016-126 by staff. 2016-120 (tobacco) – Councilman Hussey stated he intended to make a motion that this be postponed until the April 3 meeting due to the fact that the bill sponsor, Councilman Graham, is absent tonight. Mayor Tergin mentioned that Mr. Tyrone Coleman had requested to make an announcement about an event, and asked if two Council Members would be willing to be co-inviters with her to add him as an invited guest. Councilman Hussey and Councilman Henry stated they would be willing to be listed as co -inviters. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 5:56 P.M.
