RESOLUTION NO. 2006-130
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $500
RESULTING FROM A DONATION TO THE COMMUNITY
OUTREACH PROGRAM FROM KOGER MANAGEMENT AND
THE HERITAGE SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that
provides recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the
N.E. quadrant of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation of$500 from Koger Management and
the Heritage Square Homeowners Association in support of the Community Outreach Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council ofthe Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2007 General Fund Parks and Recreation Budget is hereby
amended and an appropriation is made in the amount of $500 for the fiscal year beginning July
1,2006 and ending June 30, 2007.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program recreation budget is amended in the
amount of $500.
