ONE TO BE LOCATED IN R_OLLING HILLS POND AND THE OTHER TO BE LOCATED IN THE POND THAT IS LOCATED WITHIN THE CLEAR CREEK MOBILE HOME PARK. BOTH ,PONDS ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF TIFFIN CITY LIMITS. WHEREAS, the City desires to approve the installation of 2 dry hydrants within the City of Tiffin city limits. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: 1. The Tiffin Fire Department will provide proof of a time extension for the installation and reimbursement of 2 dry hydrants from the Iowa,Department of Forestry. 2. The City will provide funds for the installation of two dry hydrants within the city limits of the City of Tiffin. All funds provided shall be reimbursable as specified by the Iowa Department of Forestry's Dry Hydrant Grant Program. 3. The Tiffin Fire Department will provide for all necessary labor and equipment needed for the installation of the dry hydrants. 4. If the material costs for each dry hydrant installation is less than $2,000.00 and the installation labor costs are over $2,000.00 per hydrant, that the remaining grant reimbursement up to $2,000.00 per dry hydrant will be donated to the Tiffin Fire Department for labor costs. ON THE 13th day of July 2005, at a special meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Councilperson introduced A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF 2 DRY HYDRANTS. ONE TO BE LOCATED IN ROLLING HILLS POND AND THE OTHER TO BE LOCATED IN THE POND THAT IS LOCATED WITHIN THE CLEAR CREEK MOBILE HOME PARK. BOTH PONDS ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF TIFFIN CITY LIMITS, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Ayes Nays: Motion carried. WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF 2 DRY HYDRANTS. ONE TO BE LOCATED IN ROLLING HILLS POND AND THE OTHER TO BE LOCATED IN THE POND THAT IS LOCATED WITHIN THE CLEAR CREEK•MOBILE HOME PARK. BOTH'PONDS ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF TIFFIN CITY LIMITS, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
