AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET TO FORMALLY ACCEPT ZONE BOUNDARY REVISIONS
APPROVED BY THE URBAN ENTERPRISE ZONE AUTHORITY AT
THE PUBLIC MEETING HELD DECEMBER 13, 1995
WHEREAS, on December 7, 1995, the Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret
passed Resolution No. 95-364, entitled "Authorizing Application Submission of Zone
Boundary Revision for the Carteret Urban Enterprise Zone"; and
WHEREAS, said zone boundary expansion was approved by the State of New
Jersey, Urban Enterprise Zone Authority on December 13, 1995; and
WHEREAS, a resolution accepting the zone boundary revision must be submitted
prior to the area receiving Urban Enterprise Zone benefits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the approved zone boundary revision be formally accepted
through the passage of. this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution be officially
filed with the State of New Jersey Urban Enterprise Authority.
