Plan Commission Case PC-78-13
Dear Mr. Austerman, Members of Common Council and Mrs. Trimble:
The Richmond City Plan Commission held a public hearing on June 27,
1978, on a petition initiated by the City Plan Commission requesting
to amend Ordinance No. 1800-1960, being the Subdivision Ordinance
for the City of Richmond.
The amendment requires developers to coordinate the construction
of new streets with the Richmond Power & Light Company so to enable
Richmond Power and Light Company to install street light conduit and
splice boxes during new street construction.
The Plan Commission voted unanimously, seven (7) to zero (0) to
recommend approval to the request.
